Choir Boosters is a parent organization open to all interested parents and other who wish to support the MHS Choral Program. Your involvement is encouraged and appreciated. There are many areas in which volunteers are needed. There is no obligation and we strongly encourage you to explore this avenue of involvement.

Choir Boosters Minutes, 10/5/2004

Meeting was called to order at 7:10 p.m. by President, Dave Festa.

Minutes of the September 7, 2004 meeting were read and Tom Dobes found that the balance in the checking account was off by $1000. Treasurer Debbie Nieman checked and found that the transfer of the scholarship money was included and shouldn't have been.

November Choir Booster Meeting

The next choir booster meeting will be held on November 2nd at 7:00 PM. Topics will include the last concert, by-law revisions, and the Branson trip.

Choir Booster By-Laws Revision

At the October, 2004 choir booster meeting, president Dave Festa suggested a number of changes be made to the choir booster minutes. These modifications, which will be voted upon at the November meeting, have been posted online. For your convenience, the original, unmodified by-laws (last revised in 1993) are also available.

May Choir Boosters Minutes

On Tuesday, May 4th, the Choir Boosters held their final meeting of the school year in the choir room at 7:00 PM. Minutes from the meeting are now online. Items discussed included: Election of Officers, Senior biographies and pictures, Choir Banquet, Spring Concert, Tux Shop Coupons, Susan Emig Scholarship, U of I visit, Costume Cleaning, Choir Camp, Choir Potluck, revision of booster bylaws, coupon books, and program ad sales. Thank you to all the choir booster parents who have spent time assisting our organization over the past year.
