President, Mary Kennedy, called the meeting to order and welcomed everyone.
Meeting minutes from the November 5th meeting were read and accepted.
Treasurer's Report was read. Balance of 9665.89. This balance includes deposits from patron ads and New York trip.
Boosters sent a floral arrangement for Mrs. Emig's funeral.
Profit for the Entertainment Books was approximately $3700.00. The Sony Digital Camcorder is approximately $3329.95 plus accessories. There was a motion to purchase the Digital Camcorder up to $4000.00 from Choir Boosters.
Discussed all the help needed in preparation for the Winter Concert. Set construction is Dec 14th at 9 a.m. Ticket sales for the concert would be $5.00 admission. $4.00 for students and senior citizens. Family pass would be $20.00 this is good for immediate family only. There would be 2 free tickets sent to any business that had at least a $25.00 patron ad.
New York City Trip
April 1st - 6th. Huge itinerary is being planned. Next payment of $200.00 is due Dec. 6th. Additional fundraisers for trip were discussed.
Professional Picture of the Choralteens will be taken Dec. 4th $10.00 to purchase picture.
Volunteers for the Holiday Lights at Hidden Lake is in place. Time was split into two 2-hour shifts: 5-7 and 7-9. Choir Boosters will receive $100.00 for volunteering.
Still need articles for the web site. Tom has it up and running.
Choreography fee of $40.00 is due to anyone taking lessons.
Upcoming Community Choir performances were discussed.
New Voice Teacher is Jennifer Redlarczyk. Lessons would be split between Mrs. Reinhart and Mrs. Redlarczyk. $10.00 per half hour.
Discussed possible future scholarship in Mrs. Emig's name. Research is needed.
ISSMA District competition will be held at Wheeler High School.
