Minutes from the November 2002 meeting are now online! Topics discussed include: program book ads, New York trip, Winter Concert, Holiday Lights at Hidden Lake, and ISSMA contest.
President, Mary Kennedy, called the meeting to order and welcomed everyone.
Meeting minutes from the Oct. 1, 2002 were read and accepted.
Treasurer's Report was read. Balance of $9007.04 Deposited $7945.00 from money collected for Entertainment books. Paid out $21.00 for bumper stickers and $101.81 for website.
Still waiting on invoice for Entertainment Books. We should get about $14.00 per book sold.
Deadline for Program Book ads is November 27th. Try to encourage students to go to local businesses. Ad books will be published as separate books then put in the programs until they are gone.
New York City Trip: Deposit of $100.00 is due Nov. 8th. 2nd installment of $200.00 will be due on Dec. 6th. Trip is only for students and parents.
Articles and pictures for the Web Site are still needed.
Professional Picture of the Choralteens will be taken Dec. 4th
We will discuss needed help for the Winter Concert to take place on December 19th
Several parents will be volunteering to help at the Holiday Lights at Hidden Lake. We will be picking a day to work the week of December 15 or December 22. Choir Boosters will get $100.00 per day that is worked.
Mrs. Reinhart talked about Holiday Engagements for the Choirs.
ISSMA Contest is in Feb. money is due before Thanksgiving. 2nd and 3rd hour students are required to go. It is recommended for 5th and 6th hour students.
Plans are in the making for voice lessons for the students.
The set for Scrooge will be used for the Holiday Concert. Tickets will be $5.00 per person or $20 for a family pass.
